Alec leads the US team and strives to continuously refine PrintNinja’s ability to guide independent creators of all experience levels through the printing process. He grew up reading The Flash (Wally West is his favorite superhero) and spends his time drawing and reading comics and old sci-fi books.
Daniel began working at PrintNinja in 2010, as the leader of the China office. He brings over a decade of printing experience to the job, and he ensures our customers’ jobs are delivered on time and that the printing quality always exceeds expectations. He loves to read history books and business stories in his leisure time.
Elle assists creators with prepress and reviews their art files to ensure that they’re print-ready and look stellar off-press. She’s spent a lot of time around paper and has the paper cuts to prove it. Her favorite hobbies include breathing, drawing, and climbing stuff, in no particular order.

Chelsea joined PrintNinja in 2013. She takes care of quoting, prepress and purchasing on the China side, and is the first link in the quality control chain. She has two lovely dogs, and she loves food and travel.
Jeff helps creators with the prepress process, reviewing their files to make sure their projects turn out the way they envision. He’s worked in the printing industry for over ten years and his hobbies include: making comics, child care, and managing an endless Netflix queue.

Gina is responsible for PrintNinja’s logistics. She coordinates production and shipping schedules, and routes freight to make sure customers receive their books as fast as possible. Her hobbies include: Swimming, travel, and playing badminton.
Coming from a comics background, Robin is thrilled about helping indie creators to realize their ambitions. She loves super heroes, sci-fi manga, and queer-themed webcomics. She can often be found practicing karate and drawing, though only rarely at the same time.

Jack works full time at our vendors’ workshops, checking every order to make sure the final product meets PrintNinja’s high standards. In his free time, Jack is interested in riding bicycles, climbing and reading.
Evan’s focus is to make sure his customers have all of the tools they need to bring their projects to life. In his spare time, Evan is busy tending to his over-grown apartment garden, photographing his daily adventures, and rollerblading all over Chicago.

PrintNinja was founded by Russell Potterfield, who has worked with product and business development for nearly 20 years and has over 40 patents to his name. Russ holds an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business as well as an undergraduate degree from Michigan in English literature.
