Behind every project printed with PrintNinja there are lots of humans. We, the humans, observe most major U.S. and Chinese Holidays by either closing early or entirely during those days. We typically post notifications about upcoming holidays on our home page, and of course this dedicated webpage.

Keep in mind that planning ahead and discussing your deadline with your account manager often gives you more options and flexibility for your project’s turnaround time.

How Holidays Affect Customer Service and Orders

During the holidays listed on the left, our offices will be closed accordingly and no phone calls, web requests, proofing requests or e-mails will be taken.

If you send an email or leave a voicemail during a holiday, your message will be responded to as soon as possible once we reopen.

Chinese Holidays

Please be aware that our offices and printing facilities in China observe different holidays than our U.S. office, and these holidays may affect your project’s turnaround time. We typically post notifications about upcoming Chinese holidays on our home page, our turnaround time page, our upcoming Chinese holidays page, and of course this dedicated holiday page.

If your project is very time sensitive and is scheduled for production around any of these time periods, discuss this with your account manager. Please note that the following dates are subject to change.
